MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY

This cancellation policy is effective immediately.

​

INTRODUCTION

​

If a member choose to  cancel their membership during his/her initial membership term; the monthly investments for the balance of your commitment is due and your card will be processed immediately. Exceptions will be provided with a doctor’s recommendation to stop therapy or if you move more than 30 miles away from Fe-SiO Wellness Living.

 

All cancellation requests must be accompanied by written proof of relocation (e.g., executed Mortgage or Rental agreement, utility bill, car insurance) or submission of your Physician’s statement that you can no longer receive Fe-SiO services or other form of complementary and alternative medicine treatment approaches.

SESSION CANCELLATION POLICY

​

This cancellation policy is effective immediately.

​

A 12-hour notice is required to cancel an appointment unless in a pre-approved emergency. A no call or no show for scheduled appointments will be considered a full use of that session and will deducted from your session balance. Late arrival could result in a shorten session time.
