Fesio Wellness Living has built a team of extraordinary service professionals whose passion for wellness and commitment to excellence has created high demand for their services by our clients.  The Fesio method is a guided technique of personalized assisted stretching integrated with sensory activation based on a proprietary technique developed by a dynamic, well-rounded group of Physical Therapists.  Fesio therapy assists clients to achieve higher level of relaxation, flexibility, and mental focus restoring mind-body balance - allowing clients to relax, perform better and live a healthier life.

Who you are:

     You are passionate about working in the fitness and wellness industry

     You are extremely comfortable communicating with clients with a high client service focus

     You have experience in personal training, physical therapy, massage therapy or other professional bodywork modality

     You have a current personal training certification or willing to pursue (NASM, ACSM, NSCA, ISSA, ACE or other nationally        accredited organization)

     You have a strong command of human anatomy

     You have excellent oral and written communication skills

     You are approachable, a good listener, and empathetic

     You are able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Preferred:

     Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Athletic Training, or Exercise Science

     Experience in retail and customer service 

     Flexible to work day, evenings, and/or weekend hours as needed

     Committal to consistent weekend coverage is a requirement

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $9.00 to $11.00 /hour

Preferred Experience:

Must be available to go through our FESIO Therapy Training Program, which includes 5 days of in-person/hands-on training and 20 hours of practice

What you will do:

  •      Deliver first class customer service at all times

  •      Understand who our guests are and what brought them   to Fesio Wellness Living

  •      Engage and converse with guests promptly to make them feel welcomed 

  •      Educate and excite guests by answering any questions 

  •      Perform quality 30-60-minute Fesio Therapy session and assisted stretch sessions

  •      Conduct community outreach and arrange for events

  •      Support team goals and maintain positive relationships with team members

  •      Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and sensory activation session as well as group stretch classes for up to 6 clients

  •      Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions

  •      Build FESIO membership and retain current clientele

  •      Ensure safety of clients in regards to proper stretch techniques / sensory activation and enforce FESIO Wellness Living policies and safety rules

  •      Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations

  •      Handle member concerns when applicable

  •      Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tour and sales as needed

  •      Maintain strong social media presence to client membership and retention

  •      Clean and maintain all equipment in order to ensure it is available for client use at any given time

The Studio Coordinator plays an integral role in daily interactions with Fesio Wellness Living clientele. The Studio Coordinator assists in a wide variety of administrative tasks involving retail, sales, and client relations. Must be able to work Friday, Saturday, Sunday (preferred) or Saturday, Sunday.  Sales experience required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients by working from the front desk area in the clinic

  • Build powerful relationships with clients that exceed expectations and satisfaction levels

  • Ensure clients receive the best in class service and results

  • Collaborate with studio manager to improve client service levels

  • Contribute to the company’s revenue growth by driving client attendance, retention and sales

  • Address client requests and service issues in a timely matter

  • Initial point of contact for both existing and new clients

  • Lead by example, demonstrating sales and service techniques

  • Ensure that the studio maintains an upscale wellness atmosphere focused on client experience

  • Report day to day facility issues to studio management

  • Communicate to clients and staff as needed

  • Maintain a clean and tidy studio. Coordinate staff to clean and complete tasks.

Front Desk at Clinic

THE FESIO WELLNESS LIVING FITNESS DIRECTOR (FWLFD)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • INSTRUCT, TEACH, COACH, AND IMPLEMENT  HOW TO APPLY  FUNCTIONAL EXERCISE SENSORY INPUT OVERLOAD (FESIO) TECHNIQUES TO GROUP AND INDIVIDUALS.
     

  • DEMONSTRATE EFFECTIVE  FESIO TECHNIQUES  TO PARTICIPANTS, AND EXPLAIN TO THEM CORRECTIVE MEASURES NECESSARY TO IMPROVE THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE THROUGH THE USE OF ASSISTED STRETCHING AND SENSORY STIMULATION
     

  • TEACH,  MENTOR, AND TRAIN OTHER ASSOCIATES TO PERFORM FESIO TECHNIQUES WITH THE GOAL OF BECOMING A FESIO CERTIFIED PRACTITIONER
     

  • HELP CLIENTS ACHIEVE THEIR PERSONAL  GOALS
     

  • OFFER ALTERNATIVES DURING CLASSES TO ACCOMMODATE DIFFERENT LEVELS OF MENTAL AND PHYSICAL ABILITIES
     

  • EVALUATE AND ASSESS INDIVIDUALS' ABILITIES, NEEDS, AND PHYSICAL CONDITIONS
     

  •  DEVELOP SUITABLE SENSORY STIMULATION AND SOFT TISSUE MANIPULATION TO DIFFERENT BODY PARTS
     

  • OBSERVE PARTICIPANTS AND NEW FESIO PRACTITIONER TO INFORM THEM OF CORRECTIVE MEASURES NECESSARY FOR SKILL IMPROVEMENT
     

  • MONITOR PARTICIPANTS' PROGRESS AND ADAPT PROGRAMS AS NEEDED
     

  • APPLY DIFFERENT SENSORY MODALITIES AND STIMULATION EFFECTIVELY TO EVOKE AN EFFECTIVE POSITIVE RESPONSE
     

  • EFFECTIVELY APPLY SOFT TISSUE MANIPULATION TO DIFFERENT BODY TYPES TO PRODUCE IMPROVE MOBILITY AND FLEXIBILITY
     

  • PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL  TRAINING TO NEW STAFF
     

  • PROVIDE IN-SERVICE TO STUDENTS WHO ARE FOCUS  ON HEALTH AND WELLNESS TRACK

  •  TEACH INDIVIDUAL AND TEAM SPORTS / PARTICIPANTS THROUGH INSTRUCTION AND DEMONSTRATION WITH FOCUS ON IMPROVING FLEXIBILITY AND SPORT PERFORMANCE
     

  • COLLABORATE WITH OTHER WELLNESS STUDIOS IN THE COMMUNITY AND NEIGHBORING CITIES
     

  • ESTABLISH COMMUNITY BONDING AND NETWORKING
